New Zealand officials say they are concerned about "more serious bullying" trending among the country's students. Officials reported an increase in violent incidents and say they are also concerned about cyberbullying. "It's of concern because it's insidious and invasive and 24/7. Kids are being abused 24 hours a day if they choose to look at their cell phones all the time," one official said.
