Why skeptical bosses are bad for innovation

Demanding proof is a quick way to kill innovative ideas before they get off the ground, writes Stefan Lindegaard. Skepticism is fine for scientists, but it's better for bosses to be open enough to give even improbable-seeming innovations a chance to show their potential. "Not having an open mind on new ways of doing things is outright dangerous in the fast-paced business environment we all are a part of today," Lindegaard writes.
