Advocacy group allies with Humana to test online health initiative

The National Council on Aging and Humana Cares will collaborate to test the Web-based Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, which will be used by 100 Humana members around the country. The Stanford University program involves online workshops on the management of problems common in patients with conditions such as stroke, diabetes, heart disease and arthritis.
