Colorado town may modernize sign laws in anticipation of growth

Planners in Louisville, Colo., are responding to business owners' requests to review sign ordinances. Current standards would have outlawed certain popular signs originally set up decades ago. Some say the law should allow more leeway for creative, modern signage as the economy recovers and businesses move into town.
