W.Va. district is using technology to ensure school-bus safety

The Ohio County school district in West Virginia is using technology to track motorists who illegally pass school bus stop signs. School buses are equipped with cameras that record drivers' faces and license plates, and the district also is installing dashboard cameras on some buses.
