Medical director for horse-racing agency urges use of industry stats

Veterinarian Mary Scollay is urging states that need equine statistics to use the Jockey Club Equine Injury Database. Scollay, the equine medical director for the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission, helped create the national database, which she says will offer states more consistency in the data.
