The best startup founders are servant leaders

The concept of servant leadership was created by Robert K. Greenleaf in 1970, but the principles hold true today -- especially for startups, Martin Zwilling writes. Instead of acting as a dictator, a servant leader focuses more on mentoring, listening and using employee input. If your team believes you listen to their ideas and value them, you are probably more of a servant leader, Zwilling explains.
