EPA: Final rule for new carbon limits on power plants delayed

Implementing the Environmental Protection Agency's new regulation on greenhouse gas emissions from power plants is expected to be delayed as the rule has yet to be finalized, according to the agency. "We are working on the rule, and no timetable has been set," said EPA spokeswoman Alisha Johnson. EPA received more than 2 million comments on the proposed regulation.
