Feds say they are in touch with Mexico, Canada about auctions

The Federal Communications Commission and the State Department are in "continuous" talks with Canadian and Mexican authorities over potential issues coordinating spectrum near their borders after the incentive auctions. The FCC anticipates the discussions will yield "a better-designed and more successful incentive auction, and will create opportunities for greater spectrum efficiency and band harmonization across North America."
