Opinion: Proposed satellite tax in N.Y. is just a "money grab"

Proposed legislation in New York that would impose a 5% tax on satellite television service is a "sham" and a "money grab" that should be opposed, according the editorial board of the Observer-Dispatch in Utica, N.Y. State Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi says that the bill "unfairly punishes families living in rural and lower income areas where only satellite TV chooses to go."
