U.S., China to begin formal dialogue on cybersecurity

The U.S. will begin a dialogue with the Chinese government designed to establish shared trust and cooperation in the area of cybersecurity, according to Secretary of State John Kerry and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, who met during Kerry's recent visit to Beijing. The formation of a U.S.-China cybersecurity working group comes amid increasing strain between the nations following a series of attacks on American firms that have been linked to China.
