Women still struggle with bias, "having it all," survey finds

Forty-six percent of women say they have faced gender discrimination, and 84% say men earn more money for doing equivalent work, according to a Wall Street Journal/NBC News survey. Most women believe they can't "have it all," but the percentage who agree with this statement has declined since 1997, the survey found.
