Working at a company is like boring through a never-ending supply of granite: It's hard work, and there's never any hope of the struggle ending, says Marcus Ryu, CEO of Guidewire Software. That's a gloomy image, so it's important to find workers who actually enjoy the struggle and can thrive from it, Ryu explains.
