Leadership lessons from the Virginia Tech tragedy

The lessons learned from the tragedy that took place on the campus of Virginia Tech one year ago today vary for all involved. Teachers and school administrators across the country have taken to formulating teams to assess how they manage students with mental issues. "We are seeing the campuses really trying to understand who needs help ... so they don't fall through the cracks," one official said.
