Air Force keeps funding for Space Fence program

The U.S. Air Force said its Space Fence program is a funding priority for the service. The program, which uses ground-based radar to track objects such as satellites in space, received full funding in the fiscal 2014 budget proposal. "Space Fence is as solid as any program can be in the fiscal environment we're in right now," said Jamie Morin, acting undersecretary of the Air Force.
