Consumer satisfaction with health care reaches 20-year high

Data from the American Consumer Satisfaction Index showed patient satisfaction across the health care sector reached an ACSI score of 80, the highest seen in nearly two decades. Researchers said outpatient care services had the highest score at 83, while emergency services hit the lowest mark at 70.
