Naples HOA is accused of discrimination against disabled

The state of Florida is suing the Quincy Square at Madison Park Condominium Association in Naples, alleging discrimination because a paralyzed man was forced to move because his truck outfitted with a wheelchair lift wouldn't fit in his garage. "I was really confused and really didn't understand why I would have complaints against me and seven or eight other truck owners didn't,” former resident Jason Cain says. "Then it dawned on me. Either [the association's then-president] thought I was a liability or just didn't want someone in a wheelchair there."
