AMA guide covers physician care of patients at home

The American Medical Association and the American Academy of Home Care Physicians have released a new edition of the guidebook, "Medical Management of the Home Care Patient: Guidelines for Physicians," covering medical management of patients who receive care in their homes. It includes discussion of the physician's role, hospice and palliative care, and abuse and neglect.
