Ark. House reverses course, approves expanding Medicaid

The Arkansas House voted to approve a hybrid expansion of Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act as part of a larger budget bill. The bill, which must also pass the state Senate by a supermajority and be approved by the governor and HHS, would use public funds to purchase commercial health insurance.
