Cocoa flavanols linked to brain protection

Research indicates people who consume cocoa flavanols may enjoy protection from degenerative brain diseases such as Alzheimer's. "These findings suggest that the regular dietary inclusion of flavanols could be one element of a dietary approach for maintaining and improving brain health," the researchers said.
