Communities mark 50th anniversary of King's Birmingham letter

In Ohio's Mahoning County Courthouse rotunda and elsewhere across the country, students, educators, clergy and community leaders gathered to read from Martin Luther King Jr.'s historic document known as the "Letter from Birmingham Jail" and comment on the civil rights leader's enduring legacy. Historians also recalled the setting in which the letter was written and discussed its continued significance today.
