Dietitian lists worst nutrition advice for children

Some of the worst dietary advice for children includes the idea that it is OK for them to eat "kids' food" such as chicken nuggets or hot dogs, according to registered dietitian Mary Hartley. Other bad ideas include not keeping children on a meal schedule, fixing them a different meal if they do not like what is served and rewarding good behaviors or easing hurts with food.
