Employers less confident in offering health benefits to employees

About a quarter of employers are confident that in 2022 they will extend health care benefits to their employees, according to Colonial Life Insurance Company. In 2007, the figure was about three out of four employers. The report -- Employee Benefits: Are You Getting Your Money's Worth -- found that out-of-pocket costs and the use of high-deductible plans are increasing.
