FDA looks to clarify confusion about milk-label petition

The Food and Drug Administration on Monday clarified that non-nutritive sweeteners would still be included on the ingredients label for milk products if a pending request from the dairy industry is granted. The FDA said it had received 30,000 comments about the industry petition, many of which demonstrate a "fair amount of confusion."
