Fla. drink-maker wants to send wastewater through city plant

The Frostproof, Fla., City Council is working on an agreement with Lemon-X, a maker of juice and cocktail mixes, to let the company send wastewater from a facility to the city's water-treatment plant. The company used to do so, but the city found that pollution in the wastewater was too high for the treatment plant to handle. Company officials and the city attorney have been aiming to have a contract by today.
