Franchise lending up by almost 3% in March

Franchise lending rose 2.92% in March after a slight drop in February attributed to federal budget cuts, according to the monthly Franchise Lending Index report from the IFA and BoeFly. "The increase in franchisee credit access month to month and year over year is a positive sign that could hopefully be maintained in the coming months," said Mike Rozman, co-president of BoeFly.
