N.Y. protesters earn jail time for blocking Inergy's gas facility

A local judge in Reading, N.Y., has sentenced three protesters to 15 days in jail for blocking the entrance to Inergy's natural gas facility in the town. The three pleaded guilty but refused to pay fines. The protesters are part of a group called the Seneca Lake 12 that opposes Inergy's proposed underground propane storage facility in Schuyler County, N.Y.
