Wooden puzzles recalled over choking hazard

Small World Toys Enterprises, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, voluntarily recalled approximately 4,000 Spin-A-Mals Farm and Spin-A-Mals Safari wooden puzzles because of the small pegs that could loosen and choke young users. No injuries have been reported, but the company has received four reports of the pegs loosening from the boards.
