Wealth managers plan to boost their spending on customer relationship management software by 8% over the next five years, according to a report from Aite Group. New CRM solutions are becoming more affordable and functional than older software such as Microsoft Office, the firm notes. They can also help advisers coordinate their business development efforts among different categories of clients.
