Delta TechOps helps keep costs grounded, CEO says

Delta Air Lines CEO Richard Anderson said the carrier's TechOps division provides cost savings by looking for alternatives to sourcing from original equipment manufacturers. "Just as any business would have to do, we have to know what those alternatives are, and we're always working to develop those alternatives," he said.
