Details of American reorganization plan revealed

AMR Corp., the parent company of American Airlines, submitted court filings on Monday for the carrier's reorganization plan after bankruptcy, which US Airways spokesman Ed Stewart called "a positive milestone in the merger process." The merged carrier will transfer international routes to American Airlines. The plan also details reductions at regional carrier American Eagle.
