DOD is prepared to send 20,000 troops to Jordan, officials say

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel confirmed in congressional testimony Wednesday that the U.S. is deploying 200 troops to Jordan as the Obama administration decides whether to intervene in Syria. That number could grow to 20,000 or more, according to senior defense officials.
