Employers may lack know-how to develop wellness programs

Despite data on the benefits of employee wellness programs, many employers may not have the resources or knowledge to create one, says Gary Levine of GS Levine Commercial Insurance Services. He says the "art form" of wellness is getting employees to voluntarily participate and programs should encompass total wellness so workers take responsibility for what they can control, such as blood pressure, stress and smoking.
