Feds emphasize need for containment systems in Arctic drilling

Future drillers in the U.S. Arctic region need to follow Royal Dutch Shell's lead in developing oil spill containment systems, said Deputy Interior Secretary David Hayes. "We've laid it out with Shell. We've told the rest of the industry these are the expectations. They are common-sense expectations," Hayes said.
