LaSalle reports higher revenue in Q1

LaSalle Hotel Properties says its losses in the first quarter of 2013 have been cut to $7.4 million from $16.1 million in the previous year. Revenue increased to $191.7 million compared with $172.3 million a year ago as revenue per available room rose 3% and average daily rates went up 3.9%.
