From LEED gold to platinum, Chicago tower raises the green bar

Chicago's 300 N. LaSalle tower has been platinum-certified under the LEED for Existing Buildings category. The building, which was already certified gold through LEED's Core and Shell Rating System, has features including multisource recycling, a system for condenser water and a green roof.
