N.D. reaches oil production record in February, agency says

North Dakota's oil fields reached another production record in February, according to the state's Department of Mineral Resources. The fields produced approximately 779,000 barrels per day in February, compared with about 738,000 barrels per day in January, initial figures from the agency found.
