Next-gen injection system from Carticept wins FDA nod

The FDA has cleared Carticept Medical to market a next-generation version of its Navigator system, which is said to be the first computer-controlled drug delivery device available commercially in the U.S. The updated system comes with advanced software capabilities intended to further enhance efficiency, the company said.
