Pentagon is overspending on overseas bases, report says

The U.S. is spending more on operations at bases in Germany, Japan and South Korea even as it reduces the number of U.S. troops stationed at those bases, according to a congressional report. The report criticized the cost arrangements between the U.S. and countries that host American bases.
