While consumers may be wary of the "superfruit" label, fruits in general remain highly popular, said John Hunter, general manager for VDF FutureCeuticals, maker of fruit extracts and powders. Tart cherries, wild blueberries, monk fruit and apples are among the fruits getting particular attention now, he said.
