Technical difficulties delay scheduled rocket launch

A unforeseen technical issue prompted private space company Orbital Sciences to cancel the scheduled launch of its Antares rocket Wednesday. Less than 15 minutes before liftoff, an umbilical line on the rocket fell off, forcing the cancellation. The rocket would be used as part of the company's $1.9 billion contract with NASA to send cargo to the International Space Station.
