USA Today publisher looks to inject more personality

USA Today publisher Larry Kramer says his newspaper needs to function more like a choir in the digital age, bringing together many voices, each with its own following. USA Today plans to bring more personality to its offerings, in line with its recent redesign for print and online, Kramer says. Publishers' shift toward social media and engaging readers "is a Gutenberg moment," he said in an interview.
