NCQA slated to launch ACO certification program in July

The National Committee for Quality Assurance is set to roll out in July a program to certify accountable care organizations. The announcement follows a one-month pilot testing, participated in by 10 health care organizations, to assess whether the groups could adequately gather and report information for the program.
