DISH chief lauded as a "Digital Patriot"

DISH Network CEO Joseph Clayton was honored Thursday evening as a "Digital Patriot" by the Consumer Electronics Association. The executive used the occasion to tout his company's $25.5 billion offer to buy Sprint Nextel and to defend the DISH Hopper DVR, which is under legal assault by cable companies, broadcasters and content providers.
