Md. district eases ban on social media in schools

Anne Arundel County schools in Maryland will relax a ban on all social media sites, allowing some selected -- and yet undetermined -- sites to be accessed by students and staff. In adopting a revised policy Wednesday regarding social media in schools, officials said any sites that are allowed would have to be accessed for educational purposes.
