Mobile site helps Hibbett Sporting Goods engage customers

Hibbett Sporting Goods is using a point-driven loyalty program on its mobile-optimized website to enhance its retail experience. The "Get Your Thumb in the Game" campaign lets users sign up for Hibbett's MVP Rewards program, check the points they accumulate and find a store via GPS. "Simply, mobile is an integral component of Hibbett's customers' experience with their brand, and it's the link between physical and digital," said Rich Sullivan, CEO of Red Square Agency, which helped develop the website.
