The shift in consumer online buying habits is influencing the business-to-business mindset, according to an Oracle report. Twenty-eight percent of B2B e-commerce professionals say online sales now earn the most revenue, compared with the 31% citing direct sales. Also, online customer experience in the consumer space such as personalization, online catalogs and search engine optimization is changing the way many prospects expect to conduct business, the report said.
