Taco Bell is promoting its "Happier Hour" campaign through an Apple iAd mobile initiative that encourages consumers to use the application's buttons to set alerts and notify them of nearby restaurants. The promotion touts "$1 Mtn Dew Baja Blast Freeze" drinks during select hours with "a clear call-to-action and attractive special offer," comments Appitalism CEO Simon Buckingham.
