Water workouts reduce falls in older women, study says

Older women who did a high-intensity aquatic workout for six months had fewer falls when compared with those who were sedentary, according to a study in the journal Menopause. Researchers at the Universidade Federal de São Paulo in Brazil created the regimen, which included short bursts of intense exercise, to fight osteoporosis.
