Senator plans bill to end Wright Amendment flying restrictions

A Republican senator plans to introduce a bill that would eliminate Wright Amendment flying restrictions out of Dallas' Love Field, the Dallas Morning News reports. Sen. John Ensign of Nevada said he did not know when he would make the proposal. Discounter Southwest Airlines operates out of Love Field and wants the restrictions lifted. American Airlines and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport are against changing the rules.
